We offer the option of rebuilding the parts to your model if we do not have the item in stock or in our catalog. All parts rebuilt at sites of Paris or Lille can be completed within half an hour.
We can also pick up your parts or receive the parts by mail and send them out by mail or deliver the same day.
Optimal service deliveryIn the Paris area, all orders placed before 10:00 a.m. will be delivered before 13:00, orders received after 15:00 will be delivered the next day unless placed as a rush order. You can also come and to pick up your parts at any time between 9:00 and 17:00 non stop.
Outside of Paris, all orders received before 15:00 will be delivered the next day before 10:00 a.m. through a courier service.
Our sales, warehouse and workshop managers are at your disposal to identify problems you may encounter installing a RCA part or provide technical recommendations to guide you in finding a specific part.
